You make it almost impossible for me to contact you so I suppose this is the only way. Please answer this question Regarding my booking at Skylark Boutique Hotel in Hanoi? Why am I having hotels contact me saying I have requested a special bed when I have not and what does this do to the price of hotel rooms. This has happened twice on this trip and it is quite annoying. If Booking.com is doing this to make more money it wastes my time undoing it and I will need to use another booking site. Please advise! from sea view room stay… Good sized rooms, everything clean, all facilities worked. Good pool. I arrived late in the evening, and my mattress was like a rock and my safe did not work. I told them in the morning and they immediately replaced the safe and put a comforter on the mattress. attentive, friendly wonderful people. It is listed as beachfront - it is not - if that matters to you, but it is a simple three minute walk.

Room was nice and had a lot of space, even the balcony was an added value, the cleaning was punctual and well carried out. The position is fantastic, 1 minute by walk from the beach and next to lots of restaurants.

Can't imagine better location, spacious balcony, helpful staff available 24/7.

The hotel is nicely located not far from the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room as a decent size, well facilitated and clean.
